1. Mr.Deep D. Vyas, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants seeks permission to delete respondent No.3 so far as the present application is concerned as respondent No.3 is one of the heir of original applicant. Permission is accordingly granted. Respondent No.3 stands deleted. Registry is directed to amend the cause title of the present application accordingly.
2. The present application u/s.5 of the Limitation Act has been preferred by the applicants herein to condone the delay of 30 days in filing main Civil Revision Application.
3. Having heard Mr.Deep Vyas, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants and Mr.Harnish Darji, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the contesting respondent Nos.1 and 2, delay caused in preferring the main Civil Revision Application is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
Registry is directed to notify the main Civil Revision Application for admission-hearing on 07/05/2012.
