1. Heard Sri Balbeer Singh, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.
2. Allegation of petitioner is that respondents have unauthorisedly taken possession over property of petitioner on which construction thereof was raised by constructing a police station.
3. Remedy lies to petitioner in common law to file a suit for restoration of possession and removal of alleged construction.
4. In view of above, petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
