Heard Sri Mir Sayed, learned counsel for petitioners and learned AGA for the State.
Sri Mir Sayed submits that an application under Section 128 Cr.P.C. is pending since 08.06.2016 and petitioner is not receiving any amount of maintenance since May, 2015 and therefore, the court concerned may be directed to expedite the proceedings.
This prays is not opposed by learned AGA.
In view of such facts, this petition can be disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur to expedite the proceedings of Case No. 303 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of computer downloaded copy in PDF form of this order strictly in accordance with law.
In above terms, the petition is disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
