Petitioners claim to be working against different posts in the respondent Zila Panchayat concerned for the last more than 30 years. They have approached this Court with the grievance that their services are liable to be regularized by virtue of Government Orders dated 13.2.2015 and 24.2.2016, but their claims are not being considered despite repeated representations made in that regard, hence this petition.
Sri S. P. Shukla, learned counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner's grievance shall be examined by the authority competent in accordance with law at the earliest.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to accord consideration to petitioners' claim, noticed above, and an appropriate order would be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of copy of this order.
