This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2, Tehsildar, Tehsil Madhuban, Distt. Mau to decide the mutation Case bearing case no. T- 20051551345 of 2018 (Basdev Vs.Buddu) filed under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 pending before him since 1988 expeditiously if possible within stipulated period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It appears that a mutation case filed by the petitioner is pending consideration at least since the year 2005.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2/Tehsildar, Tehsil Madhuban, District Mau to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
