Bearing in mind the nature of prayers which are made, this petition shall stand disposed of with the observation that the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court No. 18 Deoria shall endeavour to dispose of O.S. No. 178 of 1991 with expedition and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
