The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Revision filed challenging the orders dated 7.5.2011 & 29.8.2011 being Case no. 9 of 2011 (computerized case No. C2011020000663), under Section 219 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the case be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Case.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Revision filed challenging the orders dated 7.5.2011 & 29.8.2011 being Case no. 9 of 2011 (computerized case No. C2011020000663), under Section 219 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
