Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter alia with the prayer to issue a mandamus directing respondent No.1- Deputy Director of Consolidation, Mau to take appropriate decision upon the application of the petitioner dated 22.08.2019, expeditiously, copy of which is annexed as annexure No.3 to the writ petition.
Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of both the parties.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and with the consent of the parties, the present writ petition is finally disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with his earlier representation dated 22.08.2019 before respondent No.1 along with certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. If, such representation is made, respondent No.1 is directed to decide the application filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months.
