This petition for writ is preferred with the following prayers:-
(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent no.2 to pay the award of the acquired land as Aarazi No. 290 situated at village Lohta, Pargana Dehat Amanat, District Varanasi.
(B) Issue any suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
(C) Award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner."
In the entire petition for writ, neither the details about the land acquisition proceedings said to be initiated to acquire the land in question nor the details of notification under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and the consequential award passed by the Competent Authority are given.
In absence of such details, no relief as prayed for can be given under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition with complete details.
