Heard Mr. R.K. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Prakash Padia, learned counsel for respondent no.3.
The petition challenges a show cause notice dated 16.2.2018. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a reply to the show cause notice. He submits that directions may be issued to consider her reply and decide the show cause notice within time frame.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate to consider the petitioner's reply and decide the show cause notice dated 16.2.2018 on merits in accordance with law expeditiously.
