Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 and perused the record.
Vide order dated 23.12.2015 notice was issued to opposite party No.2. Today the opposite party No.2, Radha is present along with detenue Shalu. The detenue Shalu has been identified by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for opposite party No.2 and by the husband of the detenue.
On being query made by the court, the detenue Shalu states that she is major, her age is about 24 years. She further states that she has solemnized her marriage with Anurag Kumar Kashyap on 08.08.2015. At present she is living with her mother (opposite party No.2). She further states that she wants to go with her husband Anurag Kumar Kashyap.
Admittedly, the detenue Shalu is major and she wants to go with her husband, therefore, she is free to go wherever she desires.
In view of the above direction, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of accordingly.
