Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vinod Kumar Shukla, learned counsel representing the Nagar Nigam and Sri Piyush Shukla, the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Sri Vinod Kumar Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the Nagar Nigam states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim raised by the petitioner for grant of family pension, shall be examined and a final decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
