This petition has been filed by the petitioner for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-University to accept the examination forms and examination of the petitioners and further permit the petitioners to appear in B.Sc.-II (Session 2016-2017) examination, which is scheduled to commence from 16th March, 2017. The petitioners pray for a further direction upon the University to declare the result of the petitioners of B.Sc.-III (Session 2016-2017) along with other students.
This petition is of the year 2017 and it appears that by passage of time, the petitioner has lost interest in the present writ petition.
The present writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
