The petitioner has preferred the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India inter-alia with the prayer to direct the Tehsildar/Naib Tehsildar, Khanji, District Gorakhpur to decide the consolidated Original Suit No.T201805310202485 (Smt. Gyanmati & others Vs. Nandnarayan) (Computerized Case Nos.T201805310202485, T201805310202118 & T201805310202484).
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Tehsildar/Naib Tehsildar, Khanji, District Gorakhpur to consider and decide the aforesaid cases in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
