Sri Uma Nath Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Contempt Application (Civil) No. 3773 of 2018, Smt. Shalini Mittal and another Vs. Shri Praveen Kumar Jain, Additional District Judge and 3 others, vacant possession has already been handed over to the petitioners on 7.8.2018 and as such the present petition has become infructuous.
Sri Anil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank has filed the affidavit of Chief Manager of the Bank, which is taken on record wherein he has admitted the aforesaid position.
Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
