JUDGMENT / ORDER

K. M. Joseph, J. The appellants are the writ petitioners. Aggrieved by the revenue recovery proceedings initiated on account of the default in repayment of loan to the 2nd respondent Bank, they filed the writ petition. We notice from the impugned judgment that the writ petition was disposed of directing the petitioners to satisfy the entire outstanding liability by way of nine monthly instalments to be paid at the rate of Rupees One Lakh each every month commencing from the 25th of April, 2014. It is further directed that the residual amount should be cleared as the 10th instalment on or before 25th of January 2015. We notice that this was done on the basis of the specific request of the learned counsel for the appellants that the appellants did not intend to dispute the facts and figures and that they be permitted to satisfy the entire liability by way of reasonable instalments.
2. We heard the learned counsel for the appellants W.A. No.644/2014 2 as well as the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent-Bank.
3. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties including the learned Government Pleader, we modify the impugned judgment as follows;
In respect of the direction that the 10th instalment should be cleared on or before 25th January 2015, we extend the time till 25th March 2015. We also modify the date of payment of the first instalment as 30th May 2014.
