This contempt application has been filed alleging non compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.03.2018 passed in Writ - C No. 7112 of 2018, whereby, the orders impugned in the writ petition seizing the financial and administrative powers of the Chairman, Zila Panchayat were stayed until next date.
This Court taking notice of the contempt application on 06.09.2018 directed Sri P.K. Giri, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel to seek instructions in the matter. Today instructions have been placed before this Court which is taken on record.
The order passed by the Additional Chief Secretary communicating the approval of the Governor staying the order dated 05.02.2018 in compliance of the interim order of this Court dated 15.03.2018 and a copy thereof has also been given to the learned counsel for the applicant and he agrees that no more any cause of contempt survives as the order of this Court stood complied with.
In view of the above, the contempt application stands finally disposed of.
