Heard Sri Rameshwar Prasad Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
This writ petition has been filed by the wife alleging that her husband is threatening her and therefore, protection be given. There is a dispute between husband and wife. It is always open to all the citizens to avail protection. If there is any threat to her life, it is always open for her to approach the appropriate police station for filing of an FIR.
The writ petition for the aforesaid purpose is not maintainable and is dismissed.
