By impugned order dated 6.2.2018, the Additional District Judge, Court No. 18, Meerut, has rejected application filed by the petitioner for admitting additional evidence under the provisions of Order 41, Rule 27 CPC.
In the opinion of the Court, the order impugned is purely an interlocutory order, and does not call for interference at this stage, in exercise of supervisory power under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner has the remedy to challenge the impugned order along with the final order/judgment passed in appeal, in case, the occasion so arises.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed with liberty aforesaid reserved in favour of the petitioner.
