The petitioner contends that the petitioner could not appear before the Director of Education (Higher Education) in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 24.08.2017. She received the notice only on the same day when the matter was fixed before the Director of Education.
Learned Standing Counsel states that if the petitioner is willing to appear before the Director of Education on a date fixed by this Court, this order may be set aside and a fresh opportunity may be granted to the petitioner to appear before the Director of Education.
Considering the aforesaid submission, the order dated 12.06.2018 passed by the Director of Education (Higher Education) U.P. is set aside and the petitioner is granted one more opportunity to appear before the Director of Education (Higher Education) on 10.09.2018. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not appear before the Director of Education on 10.09.2018, the authority concerned will pass a fresh order and that order shall be final.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
