1. Pursuant to this Court's order dated 17.01.2019, notice was issued to petitioner to engage another counsel. Perused Office Report dated 27.02.2019. Service is deemed sufficient. Called in revise. None appeared to press this writ petition. Learned Standing Counsel is present for respondents. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. By means of present writ petition, petitioner has sought following reliefs:
"(i) a writ, order or direction of appropriate in the nature of calling for the record of the case and quashing the order dated 05.10.2004 passed by District Inspector of Schools, Jhansi, respondent no. 3 (Annexure No. 5 to the writ petition) and order dated 06.11.2004 passed by Authorized Controller, respondent no. 4 (Annexure No. 5 to the writ petition).
(ii) a writ, order or direction of appropriate in the nature of restraining the respondents from interfering in the peaceful functioning of the petitioners as L.T. Teachers in Lecturer Grade and directed them to pay salaries to the petitioners along with other staff of the Institution regularly every month."
3. I myself have gone through the pleadings, grounds as also reliefs sought and find that petitioner is not able to make out a case so as to justify interference of this Court by granting reliefs, as prayed for.
4. Moreover, it appears that either the cause of action no more survives or the petitioner has lost interest in this matter or it has otherwise become infructuous and, probably for this reason, none is interested to have decided this matter on merits and that is why, counsel for petitioner is absent.
5. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
