Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri S.M. Mishra, who has appeared on behalf of the opposite party.
Sri Mishra has also placed on the record a copy of the order dated 21 May 2018, which for the purposes of identification is marked as 'X'. The Court notices that the earlier claim for appointment on compassionate ground had been turned down on the ground that the deceased employee was involved in a fraud case which occurred at the Branch Office. The Assistant Director has further referred the matter to the Circle Relaxation Committee which according to him is the only competent authority to deal with and reconsider the matter if found necessary.
On an over all conspectus of the matter, this Court finds no ground to continue these proceedings any further.
The petition is disposed of.
