Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
"(I) Issue a direction to the court concerned to decide the suit no. 01465 of 2021 (Shakuntla and another v. Suresh and another) pending before Sub Divisional Officer, Kasya, District Kushinagar within stipulated period."
The suit is of the year, 2021. The evidence of the parties has not yet been completed. This is widely known fact that Covid is prevailing in the country and the state for the last one year and the judicial work of the courts below are also affected.
In such circumstances, no direction can be issued fixing time bound period for disposal of the suit.
The petition is dismissed at this stage.
