This petition has been preferred for the respondents being commanded to pay salary to the petitioner from 2009.
In light of the reliefs which have been claimed, Sri Yatindra was directed to obtain instructions. He on instructions has stated that the petitioner was never appointed on any post under the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and that her claim for payment of salary is misconceived. He further states that the entire clam rests on certain certificates issued by a Principal of the institution who had no authority to issue any such certificate or to verify the working of the petitioner under the respondent Nos. 3 and 4.
Despite repeated queries, learned counsel for the petitioner was unable to draw the attention of the Court to any material to establish that she had been appointed under the respondent Nos. 3 and 4.
Consequently the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
