Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, so also considering submissions advanced by Mr.Tolia, learned advocate for the applicant, original respondent no.2 that the original applicant (Respondent No.2 herein) was directed vide order dated 09.07.2012, passed in Criminal Misc.Application No.8340 of 2012 to remain present before the concerned Police Station on 16.07.2012, in above view of the matter, said date shall now stand extended till 18.07.2012.
Direct service is permitted, today, through concerned Police Station.
