Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Baghpat to decide Case No. 18 of 2016 (Shakti Verma Vs. Vikas Verma and others) pending before him expeditiously.
Suit is of the year 2016. There is no sufficient ground as to why present writ petition be given preference over other old matters pending.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
