O R D E R Learned AGA for respondents submits that the technical bid of the present petitioner came to be rejected on 6.3.2019 and the same is not challenged. What is challenged is only the internal communication between the Respondent No.1 – State and Respondent No.2 and therefore the writ petition is not maintainable.
2. Learned AGA submits that he has handed over the ‘order of rejection dated 6.3.2019’ to the learned counsel for the petitioner today.
3. In view of the above, Sri Sharath S. Gowda, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed memo for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection of his technical bid dated 6.3.2019, in accordance with law.
The memo dated 30.5.2019 is placed on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty sought for.
