This writ petition coming on for ‘Preliminary Hearing’ this day, the Court passed the following:-
ORDER In the instant petition, petitioner has assailed the summons dated 26.04.2019 (Annexure-A).
2. If the petitioner has got any grievance in respect of furnishing any documents pursuant to the summons, petitioner has remedy under Section 7A of the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 in assisting in the inquiry proceedings to be held by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner/Competent Authority.
3. Hence, no interference is called for in respect of Annexure-A dated 26.04.2019. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to apprise the enquiring or competent authority.
