Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shiv Badan, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2.
Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed, there is no need to issue notice to respondent nos. 3 and 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner approached the University for issuance of migration certificate, but till date same has not been issued to her.
Learned counsel for the University has submitted that petitioner may be directed to approach the University and fill up the application form. Same shall be considered and decided by the University and migration certificate shall also be issued to the petitioner in accordance with law within three days.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she does not want to press prayer No. II with liberty to approach this Court again in case migration certificate is not issued.
As prayed, permission is granted.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Registrar of University and submit application form for issuance of migration certificate and in case such application form is submitted by the petitioner, the Registrar of the University shall make all endeavour to issue migration certificate to the petitioner before 4th June, 2019 and in case there is any legal or factual impediment, he shall pass reasoned order within the same period.
With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
Sri Shiv Badan, learned counsel for the University is directed to inform the Registrar of the University about this order passed today by this Court within 24 hours.
