The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide application bearing Paper No. 16-Ka in Original Suit No. 855 of 2012, wherein the prayer made is for amendment of the plaint.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the said application is still pending.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the said application expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
