This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 12-11-2013, in WP.No.30039 of 2013, by the respondent.
At the hearing, Mr.Gudi Madhusudan Reddy, learned Counsel representing Mr.BHR.Choudary, learned Counsel for the petitioners, stated that the reasons contained in endorsement, dated 30-08- 2013, issued by the respondent rejecting the petitioners’ application for grant of ‘No Objection Certificate’, are not sustainable in law.
In my opinion, the correctness or otherwise of the said endorsement does not fall within the scope of this Contempt Case. If the petitioners feel aggrieved by the said endorsement, they are entitled to avail appropriate remedy in law in order to question the same.
Subject to the liberty given to the petitioners for availing such remedy, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
