It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had filed an application under Section 80 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, for getting the land converted into a non-agricultural land and the same was allowed on 8.1.2021.
However, when the respondent no. 3 filed an application for setting aside that order on the pretext that it was an ex parte one, the order was recalled on 17.2.2021.
Grievance of the petitioner is that thereafter the application was not being heard and decided.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the application filed under Section 80 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, being Case No. 7 of 2021 (Computerized Case No. T202105440300007) be decided within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
