By means of this writ petition, the petitioner claims that respondent No.4 is her husband and he threatens her off and on of dire consequences,keeps demanding money and threatening the petitioner.
The petitioner by means of this writ petitioner has prayed that respondent No.2 Superintendent of Police and respondent No.3 Station House Officer, P.S.Katra Kotwali, district Mirzapur be directed to protect the petitioner.
In case, there is any threat to the petitioner by anybody, she may file F.I.R. against him. In case, the police authorities are not lodging F.I.R., the petitioner may make a complaint under section 156(3) of Criminal Procedure Code. For such a prayer, the writ cannot be issued. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
