Sri Bharat Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no. 5.
He submits that the petitioner no. 2 had earlier married one Sabina. The statement given in paragraph no. 12 is a mis leading statement, which says that the petitioner no. 2 was getting married for the first time.
When this fact was brought to the notice of the petitioners' counsel, he prayed for the dismissal of the writ petition with a liberty to file afresh.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
It is provided that when the petition is filed again, a copy shall be provided to Sri Bharat Singh, Advocate by the petitioners.
