JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that the court below has already passed orders on the application, regarding which the petitioner seeks relief, and that the proceeding has become infructuous. However, the learned counsel wants to make observation that the petitioner can make appropriate relief as regards the orders passed under Section 451 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In the result, this Original Petition is closed as infructuous, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to seek appropriate relief as regards the orders passed by the trial court under Section 451 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
