JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has approached this Court complaining about the proceedings initiated by the Tahsildar for cancellation of mutation certificate on the allegation that a civil suit is pending between the parties. According to the petitioner, in view of the pendency of the civil suit, the Tahsildar has no jurisdiction to adjudicate the request for cancellation of the mutation in favour of the petitioner. 2. Apparently, the matter has already been considered and heard by the Tahsildar and if the petitioner has any legal grievance against any order that may be passed by the Tahsildar, it shall always be open to the petitioner to challenge the said order. Hence, the challenge with reference to the proceedings taken by the Tahsildar is premature and there is no reason to adjudicate such issues at this stage of the proceedings.
In the result, the writ petition is dismissed.
