JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is submitted from both sides that the police has filed complaint before the proper court as provided under the law, and that the property has also been produced in court. In such a situation, this proceeding can be closed as infructuous. In the result, this Crl.M.C. is closed as infructuous. If the petitioner is the registered owner of the vehicle involved in the crime, he can make application before the trial court for custody of the vehicle, which will have to be considered judiciously by the trial court.
