JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners are rival operators of the 2nd respondent who has sought for variation of timing. For the purpose of settlement of timings, a timing conference is said to have been convened 14.10.2014 and is adjourned. The prayer of the petitioners is that, when the settlement of timings is scheduled, the petitioners' objections may also be heard. 2. In the above circumstances, it is directed that, a notice with respect to the settlement of timings of the 2nd respondent, shall be published in the notice board maintained in the office of the 1st respondent and when variation of timing of the 2nd respondent is taken WP(C).27393/14 2 up, objections of the petitioners shall also be heard.
Writ petition disposed of.
