Petitioner apprehends arrest in Crime No.728 of 2104 of the Puthencruz Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 419 read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code and has filed this application. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that the offence attributed to the petitioner is only under Sec.419 read with Sec.34 of the IPC which is bailable.

3. In the above circumstances this application is not maintainable. Petitioner can approach the jurisdictional magistrate and seek regular bail.

Application is disposed of as above.
