The case of the petitioner is that in the marks sheet of B.Ed. Examination 2013-14, she has not been awarded marks of second paper, which was held on 27.7.2015, although she had duly appeared and had also written the answer book. In support of the said application, the petitioner has placed reliance on attendance sheet (Annexure 2).
Sri Vivek Verma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent University states that in case the petitioner approaches the fourth respondent, he will examine the grievance of the petitioner and will take remedial steps, within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent No. 4 with a fresh representation along with certified copy of this order. In that event, the fourth respondent shall decide the same be means of a speaking order, within next ten days.
