JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present Criminal Miscellaneous Application has been filed by the Applicants under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code for quashing of the FIR being I-CR No. 243 of 2011 registered with Chandkheda Police Station.
After arguing for some time, learned Advocate Ms.Gayatri B. Jadeja for the Applicants seek permission to withdraw the present Application.
The prayer is granted. The present Application stands disposed of withdrawn.
