Sri Ajat Shatru, learned counsel has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 4.
Sri Anoop Kumar Singh, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Ajat Shatru, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 states that description of respondent no. 4 is incorrect. In fact it is Sahabuddin s/o Jamaluddin and not Jamalu son of Sahabuddin He has placed before this Court a photocopy of first information report. The same is taken on record.
Learned Standing Counsel has certified that first information report has been lodged.
The petitioners have filed this petition as usual seeking protection of their life and restraining the respondents from causing any harassment or interference in their married life.
In connection with the alleged marriage of the petitioners, a first information report being Case Crime No. 556 of 2019, under Sections 363, 366 IPC, P.S. Gulawathi, District Bulandshahar has been lodged with the police authorities and the matter is under investigation.
In view of the above, since the matter is under investigation of the police authorities, the matter requires no interference by this Court in exercise of this writ jurisdiction.
The present petition is accordingly dismissed.
