The instant petition seeks a direction upon the respondents 2 and 3 to protect life of the petitioners.
It is alleged that some threat is being extended to the petitioners.
If that is so, then the petitioners should lodge a first information report or non cognizable report, as the case may be, in that connection and if the threat persists, then, they are free to approach the police authorities concerned and if they do not take action, they may approach the court with a fresh petition.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off.
