Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri T.J.S. Makker learned counsel for the respondent Punjab & Sind Bank.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition to enable him to approach the respondent-Bank itself for any such adjustments which can be made for the repayment.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
