(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Mr.R.M. Bhutiya, Sub-Registrar, Talaja Municipality has brought the original register of 1979, photo-copies of which are produced in two parts and it appears that, as per the noting made, the name of the child is entered in the register on 2.4.2012.
Mr.Ahuja, learned Counsel states that the applicant - convict has elder brothers and he is the youngest. Since the name is added recently, the applicant - convict shall produce the birth record of his elder brothers and all siblings in the family namely; brother(s) and sister(s). S. O. to 9.5.2012.
