This application has been preferred for deletion of condition No.6(g) of the Oral Order dated 28th September 2012 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.11750 of 2012.

Tolia appearing for the applicant fervently argued that the co-accused Pravinbhai J Vadher has been enlarged on bail by this Court, wherein, no such condition has been imposed and therefore, such condition needs to be deleted in case of the present applicant.
Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective sides. No circumstances are made out before this Court to allow this application for deletion of such condition; except that the co-accused had been enlarged on bail without this condition. The present application is, therefore, rejected.
