JUDGMENT / ORDER

Recently in the month of January, 2012 the applicant was released on parole and in the month of February, 2012 he was released on furlough.
Hence, no case is made out to grant parole. The application is rejected. Further, the applicant, without approaching District Magistrate, Rajkot, straight away has preferred this application through jail. The Jail authority is hereby directed to give necessary instructions regarding submission of application before the appropriate authority.
A copy of this order be provided to Government Pleader.
