Shailendrasinh vs State

In compliance of the order dated 10.1.2012, the learned APP has produced the jail record of the applicant with certain notes, which reveals that opinion of the District Magistrate, Rajkot, is awaited and further the meeting of the Jail Advisory Committee will be convened in January 2012 and, after receiving the opinion of such Committee, the same will be sent to the Home Department, State of Gujarat.
