JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Sanandan Kumar Misra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Ran Vijay Singh learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and Sri Gaurav Mehrotra, learned counsel for the opposite party Nos.2 and 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing the matter at some length has submitted that he does not want to press this writ petition, hence, the same may be dismissed as such with liberty to file afresh petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
