This writ petition has been filed assailing the suspension order dated 06.03.2021, whereby the fire arm license of the petitioner has been suspended.
Learned Standing Counsel states that petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Section 18 of the Arms Act, 1959.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
However, if the appeal is filed within 15 days from today, the Appellate Authority shall not go into the question of limitation and decide the same strictly in accordance with law.
